Why is this list so short?

Because very few brands publish an independent EMF measurement taken at the seated body position. Most market a number from a favorable spot or no number at all, and those do not qualify here.

Best Low-EMF Infrared Sauna

If you are buying specifically for low EMF, this is the only shortlist that holds up, and it is short on purpose.

This list excludes every sauna whose EMF figure is brand-stated, measured at the heater, or unstated. Each one here has a named third-party measurement at the seated body position, the only EMF number we treat as usable.

How we score: We require a third-party EMF figure verified at the body position, then rank by composite.

14.1
