Best Red Light Therapy Panel

The best red light panel is one with independently verified irradiance at a real distance and honest specs - not the biggest surface number.

Our overall ranking. It rewards panels that deliver real irradiance at a 6-inch distance (ideally independently measured), the studied 660 and 850 nm wavelengths, low EMF and flicker, and a fair price per treatment area.

How we score: Ranked by composite score across all five rubric dimensions.

FAQ

Why isn't the panel with the highest advertised irradiance ranked first?
Because that number is usually measured at the panel surface, where it is highest and useless. We credit irradiance at a 6-inch treatment distance, ideally independently measured, which reorders the list.
