Best Targeted Red Light Device

For a specific area, a targeted panel with honest specs beats overpaying for full-body coverage you will not use.

Targeted devices treat a joint, the face, or a single area. They are cheaper and portable. We rank targeted-class devices by composite; note that wearable laser devices serve a different purpose than panels.

How we score: We surface targeted-class devices and rank by composite score.

FAQ

Are wearable laser devices the same as panels?
No. Devices like wearable LED-plus-laser units treat a small area and a few even hold an FDA clearance, but their cost per treatment area looks poor next to a panel because they are a different tool for a different job.
